About the event
We are excited to have Costa Mitchell, (former Vineyard National Director) share a 2 part teaching on emotional intelligence called How to Tame Your Dragon. It highlights the importance EQ plays in our lives and relationships. Costa will unpack how the mind forms and transforms, the markers of EQ and share strategies for growth and change.
The first session begins at 6:30 Sunday evening (30th) concluding Monday evening (1July) beginning with a soup and roll supper at 5:30
