PAIA and POPIA Compliance Program

Fountain Vineyard Christian Fellowship has identified shortcomings in its compliance with the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

With the church leadership's authorization, we have begun a program to review how we collect, use, protect, and retain personal information, and how we provide access to records. This includes gathering information from our departments and ministries and implementing the necessary policies, procedures, and safeguards.

We aim to complete the program within eighteen months, by 13 April 2028. Our legal obligations apply throughout this process, and you can raise requests and concerns now.
